Todd Rundgren is launching an online artist
subscription service. The service basically allows
consumers/fans to underwrite a creator's work directly, to receive the
content as it is produced, and in the process, to minimize the hassles
involved with the forecasting, inventory and delivery of media products.
Beginning in May, Todd will offer consumers a year's worth of his creative
output by online subscription over the Internet.
