A value for ImageDir only the pages are being served via
HTTPS. It must have a trailing / to work, and should
always begin with a fully-qualified path starting with http://.
ImageDirSecure /secure/images/
This is useful if you are using a separate HTTPS and HTTP server, and cannot make the image directory path heads match.
