MiniVend is unlikely to work on Windows
NT ISPs in the near future. If you have a dedicated
NT machine, there is a version of MiniVend for Windows
NT. It may work for you, but there are differences in operation from the
UNIX version (mostly due to NT's lack of fork() or and lack of user-space threading support in Perl).
